Please submit your My Number Card as soon as possible after opening of your Sendy account.
My Number Card can be submitted from Sendy app.

【How to submit your My Number Card】
Launch Sendy app → Log in to Sendy → Tap "My Page" → Tap "My Number Document Submission" → Take a picture of both sides of your My Number Card on the submission screen and submit it.

It will take a few days to register your My Number after submitting your My Number documents. You will be notified by email when the registration process is completed.
