We register customer information based on what customer provides. We will send a "Notice Regarding the Start of Sendy Transaction" after you complete the registration with Sendy. When you receive this notice, use the app to scan the QR code enclosed, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete verification of your identity.
If you do not receive this notice with QR code within one week after your registration is complete, please check whether you have received an email from Sendy, as your submitted document may had an error or incomplete.
