After you applied Sendy, we register your customer information based on what you provided. Then we will send a 'Notice Regarding the Start of Sendy Transaction' after your registration is completed.
When you receive this notice, use the app to scan the QR code enclosed, and follow the onscreen instructions to complete verification.
If you do not receive this notice within a few weeks after your registration is complete, please check whether you have received an email from Sendy, as your submitted document may had an error or incomplete.
If you have not received an email, please tap the "If the QR code hasn't arrived" botton on the downside of the app and tap "contact us".
