Procedures would be as follows:

Launch the Sendy app→Log in→Tap the "Transfer Statement" button→Select year→Tap the "Save / Print Out" button

If you wish to receive it by post, you can request through the Sendy app's chat feature. JPY 1,100 (including tax) per request (regardless of number of pages) will be charged as a fee for issuance and mailing of your money transfer statement. The fee will be automatically deducted from your account.
