Please note that a cancellation fee of ¥550 (including tax) will be charged to close your account.
(*If your balance is less than ¥550, the remaining balance will be deducted from your account as a cancellation fee)
If you have a balance remaining in your account, you can receive the balance by using the "ATM Receiving Service" provided by Seven Payment Service Co., Ltd.
However, please be aware that you will not be able to receive the balance immediately after requesting for account cancellation. If you wish to close your account due to reasons such as returning to your home country, please allow enough time (at least one week) to complete the process before leaving Japan.
Also, please note that if your balance is not received by you after a certain period of time, your balance will be donated to the foundation.

Steps to request for cancellation from the app are as follows:
Launch the Sendy app→My Page→Settings→Cancellation
If your account balance exceeds ¥100,000, you cannot apply to close your account from the Sendy app.
Please make an international money transfer to bring your account balance to below ¥100,000. If you do not plan to make an international money transfer, please contact us using the chat feature in the Sendy app.
If there is a transfer in progress, you cannot request for account cancellation. Please request after the transaction is complete.
