>If you don't receive QR code ("Notice Regarding the Start of Sendy Transaction") after a few weeks from your registration, it might be because there are some errors in your submitted document so that your registration is not completed.
Please resubmit document by following step①-③ below;
①Open your mailbox (email address registered on Sendy) to check whether you receive resubmitting email from Sendy.
②Open the email and click URL for resubmitting document.
③Sendy app will be opened automatically right after you click URL.
Please select the document you need to resubmit and follow the instruction to resubmit the document.
