Please be aware of the following points when you send money to Gcash.

■Receiver registration

①Money can not be sent to a Receiver who has not completed GCash account verification.

Please make sure that the receiver's GCash account has been verified (personal verification + email address verification).

If you send money to a Receiver who has not yet verified his/her account, the money will not be sent, and it will take about 3 weeks for the money to be refunded to the Sender's Sendy account.   

In addition, the remittance charge will not be refunded if the transaction turns out to be refunded.      

Please be sure that the GCash account of the Receiver has been verified before sending money .

②The following information is required when registering a Receiver on the Sendy APP.        

-Full name: Please enter the full name correctly.        

-Address: Please select and enter the correct address. 

-Account number: Please enter the mobile number which the Receiver has registered as GCash account.（Example: In case of "+63 9123456789" → Enter "09123456789”）

■Remittance Limit

The maximum amount of money that can be sent to GCash account at one time or per day is PHP 50,000.

In addition to the remittance limit, there is also a monthly deposit limit depending on the Recipient's GCash account status. Please check the Receiver's GCash account status and the amount that can be deposited before you send money , and make sure that the amount you will send will not cause the Receiver's GCash wallet and incoming limits to exceed.

GCash account status can be checked through the GCash APP.

■First Remittance

If you are sending money to a GCash account for the first time, start with up to PHP 30,000 per day.

Once you have confirmed that your first remittance has been received, you may send up to the maximum amount of 50,000 PHP.
