Please be aware of the following points when you send money to Gcash.

■Receiver registration

①You cannot send money to the GCash receiver who does not complete theGCash account verification.

Please check whether the GCash receiver completes the account verification (ID verification & email verification) on receiver's GCash app.
If you send money to the GCash receiver without verification, the receiver won't get money and it may take around two weeks to refund money to your Sendy account (plus, international money transfer fee won't be refunded).
Please make sure that your receiver completes the GCash account verification.

②When you register a new receiver on the Sendy app, 

・Name：Enter receiver's full name correctly
・Address：Select / Enter receive's address correctly
・Account number：Enter the phone number  (11digits starting from 09, does not include country number) that the receiver registers on GCash.
　ex) If the receiver registers phone number "+63 9123456789" on GCash → Enter "09123456789" on Sendy app

■Overseas remittance limit

①Overseas remittance limit for GCash is 50,000PHP/transaction.
　Please note that the limit can be changed. We may ask you to check the receiver's GCash account remittance limit before you make a transaction.
